1. Free Services

The core features of Paisa Saarthi, including calculators and scheme information, are provided completely free of charge.

Humare free tools — jaise SIP Calculator, FD Laddering, Budget Planner, Goal Planner, Retirement Calculator, Insurance Calculator, aur sabhi sarkari yojana information — ye sab hamesha free rahenge. In services ke liye koi charge nahi hai, isliye koi refund ka sawaal nahi uthta.

2. Premium Subscriptions

For our Premium plan (₹49/month):

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused time. All payments are final.

Jab aap premium plan cancel karte hain, toh aapko current billing period ke end tak access milta rahega. Uske baad aapka account free plan par wapas aa jayega. Aapka koi bhi saved data delete nahi hoga.

3. Payment Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., double charged due to a technical glitch), please contact us within 7 days at support@casaarthiai.in, and we will issue a refund for the erroneous charge.

4. Refund Process

Agar aapko lagta hai ki aapke saath koi payment error hua hai, toh ye steps follow karein:

  1. Email karein: support@casaarthiai.in par apni transaction details (date, amount, transaction ID) ke saath mail karein.
  2. Verification: Humari team 2-3 working days mein aapke case ko verify karegi.
  3. Refund: Agar error confirm hota hai, toh refund 5-7 working days mein aapke original payment method mein wapas aa jayega.
